We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager for a pizzeria, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and contributing to the success of our business.
About the Role
* Work collaboratively with the general manager to achieve operational goals and objectives.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to improve sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and increase staff productivity.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate staff in the dining room, providing guidance and support as needed.
* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
* Implement upselling techniques to optimize revenue and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
