Italy is the Group’s Competence center for the design, production and delivery of Navigation Aids products and Competence Centre for the delivery of non-Radar Surveillance Products. /ppstrongMain tasks /strong: /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliBID Portfolio Management: scheduling and tracking critical milestones (Gate 0, 1, 2 and 3, Handover, FAT, Shipment SAT), maintaining consistency between BID and project with emphasis on deadlines and commitments while monitoring resource, labor and material conflicts among BIDs. /liliServe as an efficient link with Ind, Eng, IC and other internal stakeholders via VBID to support the BID Phase and the transition to Projects using Primavera Tool. /liliArrange Bids and Project tools, processes and flows to address the specific needs and interfaces of the PMO, supporting the delivery of Bids, Projects and Programmes. /liliAct as a primary point of advice, support and guidance within the PMO on the use of PMO tools, processes and systems for BIDs, ensuring compliance and consistency of use. /liliSupport the use, process and methodology of Primavera within the framework of the whole BP domain. /li /ulh3Detailed Tasks Description And Responsibilities /h3ulliMaintain end-to-end data in management information systems in Primavera, track databases and report Bids and Project tools to deliver timely and accurate reports in line with baseline reporting. /liliEnsure accurate information, templates and best practices are shared between interfaces and post-process collected data to highlight specific KPIs for BIDs. /liliSupport analysis on critical items and OCM extractions to evaluate delivery issues, obsolescence and priorities on projects. /liliNAS workload coordination with PMO colleagues using Primavera to improve visibility towards business line management within the Forecast and BID executions. /liliConduct lessons learned workshops and ensure transfer of knowledge for BP; maintain folder structure and repository. /liliProject risk management to identify risks/issues, severity, probability, impact, mitigation actions, owners, and distribution of data to senior management for aggregation. /liliSupport onboarding and training sessions for new starters regarding PMO tools and systems. /li /ulh3Education Experience /h3ulliEconomics degree or equivalent scientific qualification /liliMicrosoft Office Specialist /lili1 to 3 years’ experience in PMO or data processing/analysis /liliKnowledge of project management tools and techniques /liliExperience in ERP Software Implementation /liliKnowledge of OCM is a plus /liliExperience in MS Project software or similar GANTT tools /liliBasic knowledge of Primavera would be a plus /liliConfident in providing analysis reporting, post-processing data and preparing dashboards /liliGood oral and written communication skills /liliAbility to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with a wide variety of people, especially under pressure and strict deadlines /liliAbility to prioritize simultaneous demands and meet delivery challenges /liliKnowledge of English is mandatory; French is recommended.
