GUAPI is a global luxury streetwear brand recognized for bold design, premium craftsmanship, and a strong cultural presence across fashion, music, and sport. Founded in 2017, GUAPI has rapidly expanded across the USA, Europe, and the Middle East, building a global wholesale and direct-to-consumer footprint. We are looking for a Senior Fashion Designer (Streetwear) to join our creative team and play a key role in shaping the future of GUAPI collections. This is an opportunity to work on high-impact seasonal drops, contribute to global product direction, and be part of a fast-scaling brand at the intersection of fashion and culture. Lead the design and development of seasonal streetwear collections aligned with GUAPI's identity Create technical sketches, tech packs, and detailed design specifications for production Conduct trend research, fabric sourcing, and material development relevant to streetwear and luxury fashion Collaborate with product development and production teams to ensure accurate execution and high quality Contribute to creative direction, campaign concepts, and product storytelling Minimum 3+ years of experience in fashion design, ideally within streetwear, luxury, or contemporary brands Strong portfolio showcasing relevant streetwear or urbanwear design work (mandatory) Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (CLO3D is a plus) Detail-oriented with both creative and commercial thinking Opportunity to work with a globally growing luxury streetwear brand Creative ownership and direct impact on collections Exposure to international markets and fashion cycles Flexible working setup (Milan / Paris with remote flexibility)
