Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified Planner to join our team in the material supply planning area. The selected candidate will be part of a highly structured and evolving environment, managing procurement processes and collaborating with both local and international suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and ensure material deliveries in line with production schedule requirements
* Manage supplier relationships (communication, performance monitoring, problem solving, etc.)
* Handle routine exceptions (missing deliveries, inventory adjustments, etc.)
* Manage stock levels
* Maintain and update system parameters (minimum stock levels, lead times, lot sizes, etc.)
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop products/projects aligned with company objectives
* Develop functional KPIs
Candidate Profile
Technical Requirements
* Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields
* 1–2 years of prior experience in Planning and/or Procurement
* Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
* Good knowledge of Excel and experience with ERP systems
* Understanding of fundamental planning concepts (MRP and Lean principles, procurement methods, etc.)
* Strong data analysis skills and ability to extract insights
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage stress and unexpected issues

* Ability to effectively interact with suppliers and the internal team
* Attention to process development and supplier development
* Proactive approach, continuous improvement mindset, and problem‑solving attitude
