PMO Junior Consultant: HSPI SpA, leader in services such as IT Governance and part of TXT Group, is looking for a PMO Junior Consultant who will be responsible for Service Monitoring to join and increase a team of Managing Consultant in Milan (Peschiera Borromeo). The resource will initially be involved in projects with important customers and will deal with: Management of Service Monitoring related projects as PMO, under supervision of the Customer Experience Manager; Analysis and re-engineering of business processes towards continuous improvement; Definition and implementation of Service Monitoring KPI and production of periodic reports. Requirements: Engineering, IT, Mathematics or other relevant faculties; Experience in Service Monitoring, ideally in consulting firms; Experience with the BMC TSOM tool is preferred though not essential for the role; Good knowledge of the English language. Perfect command of spoken and written Italian language is essential for this role. Nice to have: Knowledge of business analysis and system analysis strategies for process optimization; Project Management or other relevant professional certifications; Knowledge of SW life-cycle.
