You'll be the go-to IT contact on-site, managing everything from user support to local servers and network equipment.Key Responsibilities

Provide daily technical support: troubleshoot hardware/software issues, configure workstations for new hires, resolve printer and connectivity problemsManage and maintain local IT infrastructure: servers, backups, disaster recovery plans, local network equipmentManage IT inventory: PCs, licenses, patches, software versionsCreate application packages and adapt configurations to local needsTrain users on collaborative tools and IT best practicesHandle ticket management (assignment, tracking, documentation, closure)Coordinate with local vendors (e.g., telecom providers) for contracts and supportCollaborate with Group IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery
