What will be your mission?
Anantara Convento di Amalfi is seeking a Reception Hostess to join the Front Office team, playing a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience in line with the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
What will you do?

* Provide a warm, professional, and personalized welcome to all guests upon arrival
* Support Front Desk operations, working closely with the Reception and Concierge teams
* Manage guest flow within the lobby and public areas with discretion and efficiency
* Ensure the reception area reflects the hotel’s luxury image at all times
* Assist guests with general information regarding hotel services and facilities
* Handle guest requests with attention to detail, courtesy, and professionalism
What are we looking for?
*
* Previous experience in a similar role within luxury hotels or high-end hospitality environments is preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong guest-oriented mindset
* Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of a second foreign language is considered an advantage
* Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor
* Flexibility, reliability, and a strong team spirit
