HR Administration Officer - Italian SpeakingManpower is seeking to recruit an HR Administration Officer to join our client's team.OverviewThe role involves managing various HR administrative functions, ensuring compliance with Maltese labour regulations, and supporting payroll and audit processes.Job ResponsibilitiesPreparation and management of employment contracts, extensions, amendments, and terminationsDrafting employment offer letters and mandatory documentationManaging obligations under the Employment and Industrial Relations Act (EIRA)Handling registrations and notifications with JobsplusManaging documentation for EU and non-EU workers (Single Work Permit, immigration compliance)Providing administrative support to payroll (FSS, Social Security Contributions, income tax)Updating HR records and archiving documents in compliance with GDPRVerifying administrative documentation from subcontractors Supporting audit processes and inspectionsRequirementsDiploma or Degree in Economics, Law, or related fields2–4 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in MaltaKnowledge of Maltese labour regulationsFluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)Excellent knowledge of Excel and MS OfficeStrong attention to detail, confidentiality, and compliance orientationExperience in multinational environmentsKnowledge of FSS and Social Security ContributionsExperience with contractor/subcontractor managementJob InfoType of Contract: IndefiniteSalary: Depending on experienceWork Setting: OnsiteWorking Days: Monday to FridayWorking Hours: From 8:00 to 17:00, with one hour of lunch breakCandidate location: Must be already living in Malta#J-*****-Ljbffr
