Theoretical knowledge (university level) about Planning and key DSP, Supply Chain processes, objectives and methodologies (Short work experience in Supply Chain/Operations is a plus). Main Purpose of the Job As support for a senior supply planner, support the replenishment of confectionery products (Kit Kat, After Eight, Smarties, Perugina…) to the main warehouse with the objective to maintain optimal stock levels with high freshness to meet customer demand while minimizing costs. Participate in the implementation of projects to improve inter-functional supply chain processes with the objective of reducing total delivered costs. Develop reporting and analytical tools in the Demand & Supply area. Collaborate with the category DSP teams in day-to-day supply activities. Key Outputs / Deliverables Analyze and evaluate the supply plan, agree with producers on the best supply profile. Integrate processes with Information System applications (SAP) to reduce manual activities and improve automation. Implement process improvements to deliver tangible benefits (e.g., time savings, increased efficiencies). Support customer service, warehouse, logistics, and transport functions. Collaborate with demand planners in the markets. Assist procurement activities. What will make you successful Management engineering degree or equivalent. Short experience in Supply Chain/Operations. Good knowledge of Excel, Power BI (SAP is a plus). Strong communication and relational skills. Proactive collaboration with an innovative and constructive approach.
