Experteer Overview In this role you drive industrial activities for new programs and serve as the Supply Chain interface for the Program Manager and the Customer. You define development plans across Product Centers and functions, steering milestones, readiness, and target cost. You will support technical direction, liaise with customers, and ensure product quality and manufacturing feasibility. This is a cross‐functional, impact‐oriented position within Avio Aero's lean operating model, offering the chance to shape early program execution and industrialization at scale.
Retribuzione / Benefits Provide technical direction for a program with significant business impact
Set up the plan, tasks, objectives, and resource funding
Manage the program and deliver interim customer reports, adjusting plans as needed
Advise the team on design practices and standards
Support Supply Chain and plants in executing the development plan activities
Communicate with Customer or Program Manager to ensure product quality
Develop and maintain technical operating plans aligned with milestones, industrialization targets, quality, and capacity
Influence partner programs and support process efficiencies
Help the team achieve Production Readiness
Regularly report status of initiatives and business performance
Responsabilità Master's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience, in Aerospace, Mechanical or Management Engineering
Technical competence in products and processes from design, manufacturing, or production engineering
Aerospace industry experience preferred
Ability to guide others in a matrix environment
Strong oral and written communication skills
Fluent Italian and English
