The role you will have a crucial impact on our patients by providing key technical expertise to cardiologists sales representatives sales and marketing functions mainly supporting implant and follow up procedures and throughout presentations and demonstrations of company products like pacemakers and implantable defibrillators.As a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff you will be responsible for customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations both on‐site and at the client's site in the whole Calabria. You will be part of a team with a home‐based role under a permanent contract.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned :
Participate in presentations conferences and meetings to support Sales colleagues in giving doctors all the necessary information about our products while building solid relationshipsParticipate in the training and technical updating of physicians hospital personnel and all others involved in the use of Medtronic productsGive support in post marketing activitiesMust also be able to build strong relationships with Sales colleagues in order to bring a common clear and complete message to the doctorProvide immediate technical / specialist support whenever the doctor requests it taking care to share all the clinical data necessary to demonstrate the efficacy of the productTake charge of the management of critical issues on our products by discussing as necessary with colleagues in the office.
Required Knowledge and Experience
Degree in biomedical engineering or scientific subjectsDevice knowledgeWillingness to travel within the area of competenceProblem Solving : ability to tackle the problem from multiple points of view helping the doctor to find the best solutions to technical problemsSales Force CompetenciesImpact on communication with the doctorTeam oriented1- or 2-Years experience in a similar role are a plus.
