Funzione:_ SALES - Sede:_ Offanengo, Italy - Contratto:_ Full time This role also provides executive administrative assistance to the Sales Team. Reporting to VP Strategic Development / Sales Directors Region, the job holder will be accountable for the following: - projects follow ups (link with all departments) until project award; - to enter project in Filtration, to enter project in the Pipeline, construction RFQ, to open briefs (clients, prospection, screening) - to provide support to define the best offer to customer; to draft preliminary offers - to manage preparation and shipping of samples - to support and arrange clients visits: new client insertion in ERP, registration and travel/accommodation arrangements, reception & care of client during in-office meeting, meeting report redaction - to interface with internal stakeholders (e.g. Industrialization, Business Development, R&D) to achieve complete offer and product solutions - to update pricing list - to create and optimize Presentations - to provide support to Atelier activities Skills required - High School Diploma as a minimum; preferred education is a bachelor degree in Administration - 3 years of experience in a similar role in the make-up/cosmetic field or in project management or customer service - Fluent in English and Italian - Strong knowledge of main IT systems (ERP, Office) - Effective workload planning, organization skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment - Excellent and effective interpersonal skills - Customer oriented mindset - Good communication and ability to synthesize - Good problem solving and ability to find out solutions - Negotiation / Influencing skills: ability to achieve a satisfactory compromise and agreement to meet goals - Very good analytical skills and ability to gather information when this is poor or lacking - Teamworking e teambuilding - Proactivity, precision and attention to details/numbers - Commitment - Flexibility & Adaptability - Ability to work under pressure - Self-motivation and great sense of responsibility and confidentiality, personal ethics, tact and diplomacy
