Experteer OverviewAs Senior Manager, you lead end-to-end change, engagement and adoption for complex transformation releases within the CEBA model, aligned to our Transcend ERP program. You partner with Deployment Leads and Value Stream Leaders to integrate business readiness with technical deployment and drive measurable adoption globally. The role focuses on DELIVER capabilities across logistics, customer excellence, and GTS, translating changes into actionable site actions. This is an impactful opportunity to shape successful go-lives and sustained performance in a multi-release environment.Retribuzione / BenefitsLead end-to-end change, engagement, training and adoption across releases, delivering full business readiness from impact assessment to hypercare.Own adoption outcomes for the OTC value stream, focusing on behavioral adoption over activity completion.Act as SME for OTC value stream with emphasis on logistics distribution, order management, customer excellence, and GTS/compliance.Ensure change interventions reflect end-to-end process flows from order capture to invoicing, aligning readiness with key OTC scenarios.Drive Change Impact Assessments across logistics, customer excellence, and GTS, and translate into site-level action plans and persona-based adoption strategies.Enable localisation of impacts for regions, ensuring relevance to local distribution, compliance, and customer channels.Lead Learning Needs Analysis and define role-based enablement strategies for OTC roles (e.g., Customer Service, Logistics Operations, Trade Compliance).Deliver targeted, scenario-driven training tied to critical business processes and outcomes.Own go-live deployment readiness, including Super User mobilization, final site readiness, and cutover alignment.Engage global, regional and site stakeholders across supply chain, commercial, customer service and trade/compliance functions; establish Super User networks to drive adoption.Identify and mitigate OTC operational risks and develop Business Continuity Plans for go-live and transitions.Provide executive-level governance and performance tracking with RAG status, risks, and adoption KPIs linked to OTC performance.Responsabilità10+ years experience in Change Management, Business Readiness, or TransformationProven track record in S/4HANA or ERP-enabled transformation programsDeep expertise in Supply Chain with emphasis on OTC/Deliver value stream (logistics execution, distribution, order management, customer excellence)Experience in cross-border trade and compliance environments (GTS / trade compliance)Leadership and delivery capability in multi-release, complex transformations; ability to influence senior stakeholdersRequisiti fondamentaliannual bonus with target % of payvacation daysparential leave (min 12 weeks)bereavement leavecaregiver leavevolunteer leave and well-being reimbursement?
