Learn more at /p olliLocation: Milan, Italy /li /ol h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liWorking closely with the Product Development Team to understand the product and the end application, and provide Design for Test inputs /li liSupport pre silicon verification of the designs through hardware design / prototyping and software simulations /li liDevelop test plans and procedures to ensure product testability, reliability and performance /li liDeveloping a hardware and software test solution, involving a mix of hardware design, software development to measure the product characteristics with the Automated Test Systems (ATE) /li liWork on the ATE hands on debug of new products to quickly validate functionality and provide feedback to the design team /li liIdentification of silicon / module shortcomings and working with the Development Team to drive investigations to root cause and solutions/workaround in timely and efficient manner /li liConducting statistical analysis of measurement data, and summarising/presenting reports of product performance, provide detailed reports to the stakeholders /li liWorking with Design Evaluation engineers on cross correlation of bench and ATE measurements /li liWorking closely with Design, and Applications Engineers to understand and overcome obstacles and work towards a successful product release /li liWork on test time optimization to match or outperform the outlooked costs. /li liAvailable to travel (up to 10%) /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/ Electronic engineering or equivalent with 4+ years’ experience in test development, silicon evaluation, product applications, or a similar role. Experience in PCB In-circuit and functional test is a plus /li liPractical experience in test board design and layout with good understanding of measurement techniques and methods /li liPractical experience in mixed signal design, software development, data gathering and analysis /li liExperience with scripting and languages (e.g., Python, Matlab). /li liVerilog and VHDL experience are a plus /li liA solid background in mixed signal electronics /li liStrong problem solving, initiative and motivation to work in a technical environment, motivated to work independently /li liStrong communication skills and enjoys sharing their knowledge and expertise /li /ul pRequired Travel: Yes, up to 10% of the timebr/Shift Type: 1st Shift/Days /p pFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
