This role is pivotal in driving brand experience, operational excellence, and customer engagement as we expand our presence in the Italian automotive market. /ppKey Responsibilities /pulliLead and oversee all experiential activities across Italy, ensuring a seamless customer journey and exceptional brand engagement. /liliDevelop and implement innovative strategies to strengthen market presence, enhance brand awareness, and build customer loyalty. /liliDefine and uphold dealership and retail experience standards that reflect the highest levels of quality and service. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, aftersales, and operations to deliver consistent and impactful customer experiences. /liliMonitor and analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to continuously refine experiential strategies. /liliDesign and implement training programs to ensure teams deliver service excellence and embody brand values. /liliManage budgets, operational KPIs, and provide performance reporting to senior leadership. /li /ulpQualifications Requirements /pulliSignificant experience in general management within the automotive, retail, or consumer-focused industries, ideally in environments undergoing growth or transformation. /liliProven expertise in experiential marketing, customer experience, or brand activation. /liliStrong understanding of the automotive industry, with experience in international brand partnerships or large-scale business development preferred. /liliExceptional leadership and people management skills with a collaborative and inspiring approach. /liliStrategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities. /liliStrong project management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. /liliFluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken). /liliFlexibility to travel across Italy and internationally as required. /li /ul
