RINA is currently recruiting for a Italy Management System Certification Planner to join its office in Ancona or Pescara, Italy within theMediterranean & Africa CertificationDivision.
Mission
The role of a Management System Certification Planner is focused on managing and planning certification audits. #LI-DC2
Key Accountabilities
* Coordinate with auditors, clients, and internal teams to define audit dates, scopes, and logistical details.
* Monitor deadlines and ensure timely execution of audits. Managing and contributing to development of existing and new planning tools and systems to track audit status and resource availability.
* Develop and maintain the audit calendar, ensuring optimal allocation of auditors and resources across certification schemes.
* Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts or resource constraints, escalating issues when necessary.
* Support reporting and KPI tracking related to audit planning performance and capacity utilization.
* Collaborate with other Certification Operations and Commercial teams/functions to align planning with contractual commitments and client expectations.
Education
High School Diploma/GED
Bachelor’s Degree in Other
Qualifications
* 3-5 years of experience in audit's planning.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Good knowledge of English language, both written and spoken
