We are part of Gi Group, one of the main international companies in services dedicated to the development of the labor market.WE ARE LOOKING FORBAT ITALIA, worldwide leader in FMCGLOGISTIC EXECUTIVE-BATThe job holder should be able to work in a very dynamic environment with a high level of autonomy, in achieving the company's goals related to internal logistics flow management, reporting to the Factory Logistic Manager.Main Responsibilities:Manage ODS warehouses and internal logistics, ensuring timely delivery of goods to production;Resolve operational issues related to warehouse functioning;Coordinate the operational logistics team;Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs;Guarantee OTIF replenishment to production and ensure inventory efficiency;Ensure accurate flows of information, documents, and materials with 3PL logistics partners, including document tracking;Oversee all internal warehouse movements to production areas;Optimize the use of storage areas according to defined guidelines;Ensure full implementation of 5S methodology and participate in related audits;Collect relevant information from internal/external stakeholders, authorities, and experts;Ensure compliance with all legislative and BAT requirements and conformity with local, regional, and international regulations.Essential Requirements:Solid understanding of warehouse and logistics flows;Proven experience in team management;Strong computer skills (Office suite);Knowledge of ERP logic (SAP is a plus);Fluent in EnglishKey Success Factors:Strong problem-solving skills:High-quality reporting to support decision-making and operational efficiency;Excellent interpersonal skills;Experience in negotiating and working with internal and external entities/customers;High personal ethics, resilience under pressure, proactive attitude, and collaborative mindset;Fosters a winning spirit in the department to sustain engagement and achieve results.Location: TriesteWyser is the global brand of Gi Group Holding specialized in executive search and recruitment.
