Ph3The Role /h3 pThe Finance Credit Controller is responsible for preparing and monitoring the strategic plan, budget, and quarterly/annual financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The role involves detailed variance analysis, cost control, financial reporting, and supporting strategic project management while collaborating with various departments and senior management. /p h3Main Duties and Areas of Responsibility /h3 ul liMonitoring Accounts Receivable and supervising activities performed by the Shared Service Centers located abroad, including Credit Controlling and Credit Management. /li liSupervising general accounting activities carried out by the Shared Service Centers. /li liManaging monthly and annual closing processes in accordance with corporate deadlines and accounting standards. /li liParticipating in the preparation of the annual Budget and managing the monthly Forecast to be submitted to Headquarters. /li liCollaborating in the preparation of the Statutory Financial Statements, in coordination with external consultants. /li liAnalyzing variances between budgeted and actual results, identifying performance gaps, and recommending corrective actions. /li liProviding support to external auditors during both interim and year end audit cycles. /li liPerforming any additional activities required to support the Finance Services Department. /li /ul h3Minimum Qualifications: /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. /li liAt least 10 years of experience in financial reporting. /li liExperience in business controlling or as a Finance Business Partner is considered an advantage. /li liStrong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. /li liSolid working knowledge of SAP and BW. /li liExcellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. /li liAbility to work independently with accuracy, reliability, and efficiency. /li liStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. /li liAbility to operate effectively in a multicultural and international environment. /li liProven ability to work with customers and manage Accounts Receivable processes. /li /ul h3Competencies Skills /h3 ul liOpen and proactive personality /li liSolution-oriented mindset with high reliability and flexibility /li liStrong planning, time management, communication, and presentation skills /li /ul h3Reporting /h3 pThis Job Reports to: Head of Finance Services /p pAt Straumann, we believe in the unique value of every individual and foster an inclusive, open, and respectful environment.
