PpbManpower /b is recruiting for an important company operating in the utility energy management sector, based in Rome, a bCredit Risk Analyst /b to be hired under an apprenticeship contract. /p pYou will report to Credit Risk Manager and, in coordination with the Expertise Center Risks, manage credit risk related to Energy Management clients in all perimeter of activities. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCarry out credit risk assessments of EM’s existing and prospective clients in order to define their creditworthiness through the analysis of financials, business and market strengths /li liDefinition and management of credit limits with a daily monitoring of position taken by Front Office /li liElaborate cash-flow analysis and forecasts to properly address management decisions /li liNegotiate master and collateral agreements liaising with Front Office and Legal Department /li liRecommend appropriate credit measures to mitigate the credit risk providing a proactive support for the definition of contractual clauses /li liParticipate to the company’s transversal projects /li liManage the relationship between business and risk to ensure that the correct balance between commercial objectives and risk protection is maintained /li liCommunicate and provide management with reports related to the credit risk exposure on a timely basis /li /ul h3ABOUT YOU /h3 pThe ideal profile matches with the following prerequisites: /p ul liEducation level: Master’s degree in Economics/Finance /li liFluency in Italian and in English with good writing and communication skills /li liAt least 1/2 years of experience in a credit risk position in energy or banking contexts /li liDemonstrable track record in corporate risk analysis showing analytical, critical and creative thinking /li liOffice package advanced skills being also familiar with machine learning tools /li liDemonstrable ability and willingness to identify and implement improvements to policies and/or processesThe ability to work flexibly, manage tight deadlines, juggle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure /li liEffective team player with good interpersonal/communication skills /li liAttitude for long‑term professional and trustworthy relationship with both internal and external stakeholders /li liAbility to give constructive feedbacks as well as to be receptive to feedbacks from colleagues /li /ul h3Offer /h3 pFull‑time position, Monday to Friday. /p pSalary range €34,000–€37,000 gross annual (RAL), Electric Industry National Collective Agreement (CCNL Elettrico), hybrid working with 2 days of smart working per week, welfare benefits and ticket restaurant. /p h3Location /h3 pRome. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
