The role of a Lean Process Engineer is critical to optimizing production flow processes, defining standard routings and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. The successful candidate will work closely with the engineering and production teams to achieve these goals.

* Define and implement standard routings to optimize production flow processes.
* Analyze production flow processes to identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement new processes and improve line balancing.
* Monitor and analyze workload and capacity of production lines.
What You Will Do:
You will be responsible for analyzing production flow processes to identify opportunities for improvement. This includes calculating time for each process phase and identifying bottlenecks in the production process. Once identified, you will work with the engineering and production teams to develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs. This may involve reconfiguring production lines, adjusting workflow processes or implementing new technologies to streamline production.
In addition to process analysis and implementation, you will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing workload and capacity of production lines. This involves tracking production volume, identifying trends and making recommendations to adjust production levels as needed. By doing so, you will help ensure that production lines are operating at optimal capacity, reducing waste and improving overall productivity.
