As IT Application Lead for Generali Operations Service Platform (GOSP) within Program NEXT, you drive the delivery and steady state support of applications, coordinating technical and functional teams to ensure on-time go-lives and ongoing maintenance. You translate business needs into technical requirements, plan initiatives, and align projects with global IT standards while guiding cloud-based services. This role accelerates Generali’s cloud-driven digitization and cross‑functional collaboration to enable strategic outcomes.

* Ensure compliance with internal policies across systems and apps
* Maintain, monitor, and support all applications
* Act as IT solution consultant to map technologies to business plans

* Oversee vendor governance for Cloud Infrastructure activities
Responsabilità
* IFRS principles knowledge (IFRS17 and IFRS9) and background in Non-Life actuarial
* Knowledge of Software Lifecycle, Lean, Agile, Waterfall, ITIL
* SQL and relational database knowledge; programming languages familiarity
* English professional level; Italian/German/French as advantage
* Cloud governance experience to manage cloud services and CSP processes
