The Head of IT Operations Control, who will join the IT Team at the company's headquarters, reports to the IT Operations Director. As Head of Operations Control, this role manages the team and suppliers responsible for overseeing and improving IT Operations internal processes to stabilize, secure, and optimize the performance of applications and infrastructure systems, thereby avoiding business disruptions on shore and at sea.

Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience as an IT Service Manager in large companies and multinational contexts
* A degree in Computer Engineering or scientific disciplines, or comparable experience
* Strong communication skills focused on promoting openness and transparency
* Excellent analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
* A proactive approach to identifying problems, areas for improvement, and performance bottlenecks
* Proven management experience of complex IT systems (infrastructures, networks, databases, applications in cloud and on-premise), respecting constraints
* Familiarity with key service management technology solutions (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy) and ITIL processes (e.g., incident, problem, change management) and monitoring tools
* Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and focus on customer perspectives
* Excellent written and oral English skills; proficiency in a second language is a plus
* Passion for technology and a deep interest in staying up-to-date with new solutions
