In this role, you will be responsible for translating Demand into precise Supply Plans, balancing seasonality of products with suppliers capacity. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who is looking to introduce advanced planning methods and external best practices in a dynamically growing work environment. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSupply Planning: You will build medium (6-12 months) and long-term (12-24 months) supply plans for the assigned product categories (eg. Racing Helmets), across a significant portfolio of Asian suppliers. /liliYou will translate demand forecast into purchase plans (including issuing PO), considering product seasonal peaks, MOQs, lead times, tooling constraints into all your capacity decisions, so to prevent cost escalation and minimize surcharges. /liliYou will work with Make-to-Stock and Make-to-Order flows, including replenishment for eCommerce. /liliYou will identify supply risks (capacity, delays, constraints), report on capacity utilization, highlighting inefficiencies and proposing continuous improvements in order to reduce wasted capacity. /liliYou will collaborate with Demand Planning to challenge the plan when capacity constraints or cost risks arise. /liliYou will work closely with Purchasing and Supplier Management teams, actively contributing to ensure a timely plan execution. /li /ulh3Inventory Planning Optimisation /h3ulliYou will develop inventory plans aiming to balance service level goals with inventory turns, excess/obsolete risk, and budget constraints. /liliYou will perform ABC and criticality analyses to prioritize availability of Never Out of Stock (NOOS) items. /liliYou will also actively work on aged and obsolete inventory, implementing reduction plans, coordinating with Demand on clearance actions, as well as ensuring aging risk is addressed before stock becomes dead. /li /ulh3Continuous Improvement /h3ulliYou will bring to the table your ability to challenge “the way we’ve always done it”, particularly when it limits performance. /liliYou will bring forward improvement ideas, methods, and external best practices to improve availability and speed of response within the end-to-end supply chain. /li /ulh3Qualifications Requirements /h3ulliA minimum of 5+ years’ experience in inventory and / or capacity planning, ideally within a global consumer goods environment. /liliExpert-level knowledge of supply planning and inventory optimization techniques, capacity planning logic, and supply chain best practices. /liliSolid data analysis and KPIs reporting skills – i.e. service level by ABC classification, capacity utilization % vs. plan, inventory turns and excess/obsolete levels. /liliPrevious experience with leading ERP systems - SO99+, AS400, Microsoft Dynamics (preferred), and BI tools. /liliAdvanced proficiency in Excel. /liliWith your strong communication and influencing skills, you will be able to challenge assumptions and driving cross-functional discussions. /liliComfortable working in a fully English-speaking environment. /li /ulh3Other Information /h3pLocation – Asolo (On-site) /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
