Responsibilities
Master your toolkit: Work across diverse tech stacks—from monolithic to microservices architectures, gRPC to REST APIs, Kubernetes to Docker, Python to Rust—and choose the right tools for each challenge.
Build stuff that matters: Enjoy autonomy and full ownership of your work, from ideation to execution.
Build software from scratch and see it evolve into a product used at scale.
Simplify relentlessly: Turn complexity into simplicity by optimizing CI/CD pipelines, writing maintainable code, and crafting minimalist architectures.
Qualifications
Reasoning ability: Solve complex problems, think from first principles, structure ideas sharply, resist biases, and attend to the details that matter.
Drive: Be ambitious, take initiative, demonstrate effort and tenacity, and uphold a high, rising bar of responsibility.
Team spirit: Give generously without expectation of return, support the best ideas, be reliable, honest, and transparent.
Proficiency in English: Read, write, and speak English fluently.
