Ph3Description /h3 pSEAS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Station Manager to oversee operations at Lamezia Terme Airport (SUF) and Reggio Calabria Airport (REG). /p pThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all station and hangar activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage and supervise all operational activities within the station and hangars, ensuring adherence to SEAS and regulatory standards. /li liMonitor the condition of facilities, tools, and equipment, ensuring they meet operational and safety requirements. /li liOversee staff competencies, including On-the-Job Training (OJT), authorizations, and approvals. /li liCoordinate the personnel assessment process in collaboration with departments such as Quality Assurance (QA) and Planning. /li liEnsure optimal use and maintenance of station and hangar resources, tools, and materials. /li liIdentify operational issues and implement effective, timely solutions. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liProven experience in both Line and Hangar Management roles. /li liStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively. /li liExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office 365; willingness to learn new software tools. /li liAbility to adapt to shifting priorities and operational challenges. /li liFluent English (written and spoken) is essential. /li /ul pAt SEAS, you will be part of a dedicated team committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
