Role Summary
Staff Spa Agenzia per il Lavoro, filiale di Bologna, selects for a well‑known supermarket chain. We are seeking candidates with experience in the retail sector, strong interpersonal and sales orientation, and in‑depth knowledge of raw materials, cutting and packaging techniques.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with customers and provide product information.
* Support sales activities and promote product range.
* Maintain product presentation and store merchandising.
* Achieve sales goals and support team objectives.
Job Requirements
* Previous experience in the retail or supermarket environment.
* Excellent relational skills and sales orientation.
* Knowledge of raw materials handling, cutting and packaging procedures.
* Capability to work in shifts from Monday to Sunday.
* Availability for 30 hours per week on a part‑time basis.
* Compliant with the CCNL Commercio regulations.
Employment Terms
Fixed‑term contract with the potential for direct employment. Part‑time, 30 hours weekly, scheduled shifts Monday to Sunday. Salary: EUR 800–1200 gross monthly (approx. RAL 17K).
