Job Description:
Main activities
* Engineering support ensuring a timely response to Customers for the in-service fleet in order to contribute, in coordination with the other stakeholder functions, to the achievement of the reliability and the availability targets
* Perform the HUMS data analysis on Customer request: Transmission/Rotors health monitoring and avionic failures evaluation
* Manage and analyze HUMS data for entire HUMS equipped fleet
* Timely resolution of technical issues through analysis and production of applicable documentation interfacing LH Departments and Vendors as needed.
* Maintenance procedures creation and support to validation in cooperation with the relevant Product Support Engineering function (technical bulletins, maintenance manual, etc.)
* Keep the HUMS related maintenance activity traced and recorded (occurrence/malfunction reporting)
* Preparation and attendance to Customer visits and events for product and services related activities (e.g. technical update, on site assistance for particular issues, webinar)
* Reliability and maintainability analysis of the helicopter and its components to trigger product recovery/improvement actions
* Technical investigations related to in-service events
Skills
* Shall be bachelor graduate or diploma holder in:
o Aerospace/Aeronautic Engineering
o STEM disciplines
* Problem solving oriented
* Basic knowledge of the time signal/frequencies/spectra analysis
* Ability to work in team
* Initiative and motivation
* Ability to work independently with minimum direction
* Ability to manage priorities
* Good communications, listening and interpersonal skills
* Pro-activity to timely complete the assigned tasks
* Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a product organization with a rapidly expanding Customer base
* Good presentation skills
* Ability to communicate professionally in written responses to e-mails and submitting reports
* Good interest in Aeronautics (helicopters)
* Prepared for possible travels
