As part of our Group Technical Services department and with double reporting line to Famar Group Technical Services Director and to the Site BU Head, the Project Manager is focused on projects related to our Italian solid manufacturing site located in Baranzate (Great Milan Area).Mission
In line with Famar Strategy and Objectives, the Transfer Project Manager ensure the management and coordination of the projects under his/her responsibility in compliance with timeline, quality and safety standards and clients or internal requirements. Ensure optimal coordination of those involved in the development of the project (production, quality, engineering, etc.)Main Accountabilities Responsibilities:
Participate in the technical feasibility analysis of projects in RFQ (Process Fit) in phase prior to being assigned, as well as in the definition of investments to propose for presentation to Management and clients
Perform detailed technical study of the assigned projects
Manage and execute Famar Italy projects and monitor the investments of new production equipment and necessary facilities
Ensure control and monitoring of the projects budget
Ensure the periodic follow-up of the milestones of each project, to the client and to the Plant
Control and follow-up of the documentation related to the tech transfer project
Guarantee fulfilment of current legislation and regulations of the Group in the execution of the project.
Participate in the Process Fit team to provide technical knowledge in the quotes
Study and propose technical solutions (machines and equipment) adapted to the needs of the client, and that respond to their possible requirements
Ensure that all the necessary activities in the project are quoted, and propose the time/cost necessary to complete them successfully
RFQ and OTC preparationBackground and Skills
Education: Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or Related Sciences
Professional Experience: Minimum experience of 5 years in Pharmaceutical Industry in Transfer-in, Development or Project Management roles
Demonstrable experience in Project Management
