About the Role
You will be responsible for coordinating and managing bookings, ensuring smooth service delivery operations. This includes communicating with suppliers, managing reservations, and providing exceptional customer support.
Key responsibilities include:
* Communicating booking updates to key transfer suppliers and destination teams.
* Ensuring all reservations are managed in detail and suppliers receive them on time.
* Managing Last Minute Bookings and Amendments, communicating them to the Service Delivery team and suppliers.
* Ammending plannings accordingly to vehicle availability.
* Solving daily operational incidents relating to TUI Group package services.
* Guaranteeing that all information of the operation is collected in a timely and efficient manner for invoicing purposes.
Requirements
This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Italian & English, as well as great organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the leisure and tourism industry is desirable, as is the ability to work flexible hours including different shifts Monday-Sunday. Problem-solving skills and adaptability are essential in this role.
