Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clients clear and concise descriptions of services by becoming a product expert.
* Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers in brands’ Intellectual Property divisions and anti-counterfeiting teams.
* Schedule and lead meetings to provide comprehensive introductions to our services.
* Represent the company at industry events and conferences across Europe on a regular basis.
* Manage the flow of legal documents (agreements and PoA’s) between clients and BrandMonitor until signatures are finalized.
* Fulfill sales KPI's.
* Manage and keep CRM data up-to-date.
Requirements:
* Fluency in English and Italian is essential.
* Motivation and capability to meet sales goals.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple responsibilities.
* Willingness to travel regularly across Europe for events and client meetings.
