For a Global Company, Leader in Supply Chain/Logistic industry We are looking for a Warehouse Manager_based in VenetoThe candidate lead operations for 2 new Warehouses in Veneto, with full responsibility for performance, people and customer relationship.What Will You Do:Warehouse management: organization and planning of daily activities in compliance with the customer's need; control of flows, accounting data and warehouse stocks relating to IN, OUT, returns and various materials activities; Take full leadership, operational and financial responsibility for managing a safe, efficient operational standards and profitable site for the organization and the customer(s); Manage the change of mind set to Standardization and Continuous Improvement; Manage and develop large operational teams ******* employees)Build and maintain strong relationships with the CustomerMonitor the operation's span of control and build a strategy; Lead by exampleto reinforce behaviors associated with our culture; Management of providers of the site's general services such as security, infrastructure, maintenance.RequirementsMaster`s degree in Engineering/Economic; At least 5 years of experience in logistics / supply chainSeveral experience in a direct management team (Blue collars); Proven track record in people leadership and union relationsEnglish fluent; Leadership skills and capability of defining and deploying strategic plan for the site; Strong analytical skills: Lean Manufacturing (WCM, TPM, Six Sigma); Team player with a positive mind setIndicative gross annual salary: €****** – €******Società di ricerca e selezione del personale accreditata presso Min.Lav.
