The aim of the role is to support Commercial Planning Processes. /p h3The Main Tasks Will Include /h3 ul liKeeping high data quality in the internal CRM system /li liEvaluation of existing contracts/projects /li liMaintenance of existing client portfolio /li liAudit Planning Scheduling /li liAnalyze the assigned portfolio and organize its scheduling considering the potential critical issues of the projects (scheme, capacity, duration, localization) and taking into consideration the accreditation / ICP scheduling rules, prioritizing with enough anticipation to secure the portfolio. /li liAllocate qualified auditors (both employees and subcontractors) to certification projects, ensuring each auditor’s qualification and competencies match scheme requirements, taking into consideration travel time, employee utilization targets and subcontractors capacity. /li liMaintain an adequate level of communication between auditors, customer and, where present, project manager, to ensure that all necessary information to perform the audit at best is taken into account. /li liKeep the scheduling systems updated with accurate information on audit schemes, codes, client details, and any changes /li liManaging relationship with clients /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pDNV is an Equal Opportunity Employer and gives consideration for employment to qualified applicants without regard to gender, religion, race, national or ethnic origin, cultural background, social group, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, age or political opinion.
