About the role We are seeking an engineering-focused individual to join our small team in Sesto Calende as a Helicopter Simulator Technician. You will work on some of the most advanced aviation simulators globally, gaining exposure to a broad range of systems and equipment. The role involves working in a 24/7 operation, including day and night shifts, with occasional weekend work. Responsibilities Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in complex flight simulation systems. Support integration of data, updates, software, and hardware exchanges. Calibrate instruments and perform system checks. Diagnose and repair faults, perform preventive maintenance, and assist with hardware modifications. Utilize maintenance management systems to record activities. Perform pre-flight and post-flight checks, basic visual alignments, and run qualification tests. Assist in refurbishment tasks and perform administrative duties as needed. About you Possess a technical degree or have 3 years of experience in electronics, avionics, or a related technical field. Extensive electrical engineering expertise; avionics knowledge is a plus. Proficient in computer systems, with soldering and circuit repair experience preferred. Familiar with Microsoft Office suite. Practical, analytical, with strong troubleshooting skills. Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
