What you'll be doing
The Intern will support the sales team of structured products in Italy, taking care of the analysis of the products, supporting senior members of the team in the definition, offering and issuance process, and also cooperating on a constant basis with other functions of the division (Trading, Structuring, Legal, Compliance). The candidate will be involved in daily activities, including the collection and processing of market data and related statistics, and will participate in new product development projects. In addition, the intern will be involved in the daily business activities including: preparation of marketing material and educational material (brochure, flyers, presentations, advertising campaigns), automation of marketing documents, competitors' analysis and business reporting, website content management
What you'll need to succeed
- good knowledge of investment solutions (ETFs, bonds, stocks..) and derivatives
- good communication skills in both oral and written
- good analytical skills
- IT skills: advanced power point and excel, with digital mindset – VBA not required but nice to have
- fluent in Italian and English both oral and written as job is performed in the international environment
- innovative mindset (knowledge about fintech, new distribution channels, neo brokers not required but nice to have)
