Workpackage owner for the project. Main interface between project and sourcing. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage the sourcing activity of the Project /li liEnsure that the overall QCD target of the WP material under your responsibility is met /li liParticipate in the project management committee /li liEncompass PSCL output in the overall picture of the project (availability of the purchaser requests on time and on quality for take‑over by the buyers, availability of the material for the 1st train, consolidation of the logistic conditions) /li liCommunicate project needs and ensure they are properly taken into account ul liOrganize launch meeting toward TSS and Dom /li liChallenge new gaps compared to tender commitments, incorporate Return on Experience, and facilitate cooperation between Engineering and Sourcing; if needed, ask for arbitration in case of conflict. /li liPublish the specific legal requirements to be taken into account in negotiations, after analysis of the customer specific demands and after decision with the PM to flow down (or not) these requirements to the suppliers. /li /ul /li liDefine and implement the Project Sourcing Strategy in full respect of QCD commitments ul liEstablish and agree with the PM on a Project Sourcing Strategy (if not done at Tender stage), in line with Platform Sourcing strategy (panel, LCC objectives, dual sources). /li liAnimate supplier selection through Business Award process and ask for arbitration when relevant. /li liBased on SSM, buyer, SPQD output, supervise contracts execution of selected suppliers until FAI milestone. /li /ul /li liManage the Material Work Package ul liReview periodically the QCD material scope (Work packages) with stakeholders, establish a robust “at completion” vision, taking into account risks, ambitions and incertitude. /li liEstablish bridge analysis at each SPR cycle. /li liEngage the claim process for the CONQ S2 incidents. /li /ul /li /ul h3Knowledge Experience /h3 ul liMASTER in purchasing or equivalent (engineering, project management…) /li liInterest in technical field /li li5 years of experience (Project, Sourcing, Engineering, Quality…) /li liFluent English and international background /li liGood interpersonal skills /li /ul pJob Type: Experienced /p pJob Segment: Project Manager, Procurement, Buyer, Manager, Technology, Operations, Management /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
