If you’re curious, driven, and excited to shape how money moves globally, we’d love to meet you. /p h3About The Role /h3 pWe're looking for an account executive to join our team and grow into a core commercial role. You'll support the management of our B2B client portfolio, working closely with senior team members to build relationships, coordinate deliverables, and ensure clients are getting real value from Hercle's solutions. This is a full‑time, permanent role from day one. We’re not looking for someone to shadow; we’re looking for someone ready to take ownership and learn fast. Up to 2–3 years of experience in a commercial or client‑facing role is the right fit. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liClient Support: Assist in managing a portfolio of B2B accounts, handling day‑to‑day client requests and maintaining strong working relationships. /li liAccount Monitoring: Track account health and usage metrics, flagging issues proactively and escalating where needed. /li liInternal Coordination: Work cross‑functionally with Operations, Compliance, and Product to resolve client queries and deliver on commitments. /li liCommercial Awareness: Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and contribute to upsell conversations alongside senior team members. /li liReporting: Help maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to regular account performance reporting. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liUp to 2–3 years of experience in account management, client success, sales support, or a related commercial role /li liGenuine interest in fintech, digital assets, or financial services /li liStrong organisational skills: you can manage multiple clients and requests without dropping the ball /li liClear communicator, both written and verbal, comfortable engaging with professional B2B clients /li liProactive attitude: you spot problems before they become issues and take initiative /li liComfortable working with data and CRM tools and AI automation tools /li liFluent in English; proficiency in one or more European languages is a plus /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liFirst exposure to B2B environments, even through internships or short experiences /li liFamiliarity with payments, crypto, or regulated financial services /li liExperience in a startup or fast‑moving team /li liComfortable with AI automation tools /li /ul h3Why Joining Hercle? /h3 pMost junior roles come with a ceiling.
