Job DescriptionThe primary goal for a CSR Prom is to provide an excellent customer service experience.Job PurposeTo provide customers with a pleasant experience by welcoming them, completing rental operations swiftly, providing information on ancillaries and refueling, resolving complaints, and ensuring complete satisfaction.Key Result Areas
Receive the customer at the counter and manage the rental agreement in compliance with company procedures and quality standards on TAS Web.Practice proactive behavior toward customers, maintaining courtesy and professionalism, and offering solutions to maximize satisfaction.Streamline and optimize available company assets (e.g., cars, systems, products, services, etc.) to deliver the best customer service and improve profitability.Coordinate check‐in operations and occasionally handle car park activities.Maximize profit by offering services and ancillary products to customers.
Educational BackgroundHigh school graduation or university education.Professional ExperiencePrevious sales and customer service experience.Knowledge
Fluent level of English (+ second language)Full driving license
