Position
We are currently seeking a Junior Product Designer – Racing / Sport to join our Asolo‑based team to support the design and development of innovative, functional, and stylish motorcycle apparel that meets the needs of motorcyclists. Working under the guidance of senior designers, you will contribute to the creation of protective and comfortable gear, including jackets, pants, and gloves. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams such as merchandising, material management, development, and pattern making, you will gain valuable hands‑on experience in developing high‑performance apparel.
Main Responsibilities
You will assist in the design and development of creative Racing / Sport styles, ensuring alignment with functional and aesthetic requirements, as well as a more user‑focused approach aligned with brand identity and market needs. You will support in the preparation of production files in line with milestone plans and cost targets.
