Your Tasks - What You can expect as Department Manager Application Technology? - You cooperate with our teams in technology and analytical laboratory in the development of identified technology solutions to ensure they comply with customer and market needs. - You resolve technology related customer claims to provide optimized solutions to maximize customer satisfaction. - You support and lead specific improvement projects aimed to optimize the ink formulations in coordination with group guidelines. - You lead your team to improve performance and continuously develop professional expertise. Your Profile - What do You bring as Department Manager Application Technology? - You have an university degree, e.g. in chemistry or another science degree. - You are an experienced leader but also team player, who is dynamic, goal oriented and highly flexible. - You are open to travel at least 50% within Italy. - You have excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
