Responsabilita: What will you be responsible for?You will be an integral part of the Quality team and will work closely with the Quality Manager, actively contributing to the following activities:Supporting daily quality management and compliance activities; Evaluating supplier compliance by reviewing certificates, declarations, and technical documentation, maintaining direct contact with suppliers for any required updates or integrations; Supporting the continuous improvement of company processes, ensuring documentation is updated and traceable in line with the ISO 9001 quality management system; Supporting the maintenance of compliance with European and international regulations (e.g. REACH, RoHS, TSCA, Conflict Minerals, etc.); Participating in the management of Non-Conformities, collaborating in the analysis and resolution of customer complaints, from registration through to closure.
