This role will play a key part in the operational and tactical management of suppliers, contributing to cost, quality, and supply continuity objectives.Responsibilities Purchasing & Operational Sourcing Manage the procurement process for electromechanical components (motors, heaters)Support the implementation of commodity strategies defined by the Commodity ManagerConduct supplier scouting and qualification activitiesManage RFQs, perform bid analysis, and lead commercial negotiationsSupplier Management Monitor supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery)Manage day‐to‐day relationships with key suppliersSupport improvement plans and corrective actionsCost Optimization & TCO Contribute to cost reduction initiatives and Total Cost of Ownership optimisationAnalyze cost breakdowns and identify saving opportunitiesCollaborate with Engineering on value engineering activitiesCross‐functional Collaboration Interface with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Logistics teamsSupport new projects and New Product Introduction (NPI)Ensure material availability in line with production plansRisk & Continuity Management Identify supply risks and propose mitigation actionsSupport dual sourcing strategies and business continuity plansQualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field5–10 years of experience in purchasing/buyer roles within industrial environmentsSpecific experience with electromechanical components (motors, heaters, or similar)Good understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamicsExperience in supplier management and negotiationStrong analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis toolsFluency in Italian and EnglishNice to have Experience in value engineering or TCO optimisation initiativesExperience in structured manufacturing companiesWhat we offer Permanent full‐time contractBenefits: Lavoro da remoto, Company canteen, Competitive reward salaryWorkplace: Valbrembo (BG)Additional Information Settore: Contratto a tempo indeterminatoEEO Statement We are committed to guarantee equal employment opportunities.
