PTrillium Pumps Italy is looking for an bAdvanced Mechanical Engineer /b. /ppbr/ppThe Advanced Mechanical Engineer, as part of the RD team, will perform advanced mechanical analyses using standard approach and/or numerical tool basing on need. /ppbr/ppbResponsibilities /b /ppIncluding but not limited to: /ppbr/pulliPerform the most appropriate analyses using standard approach and/or FEM tools to verify the compliance of the design to mechanical requirements and propose modifications if necessary. /liliPrepare and conduct experimental tests to measure vibrations, stresses and strains of turbomachinery components. /liliSupport other departments in order to solve any technical issue related to vibrations (e.g. Sales and After Market, Manufacturing -Testing, Project Management); /liliSupport Sales and After Market Department during bid operations /liliProtect the Company know-how and technical assets, prepare and archive reports in the company system (e.g. PLM). /liliPrepare technical paper, webinar or similar. /liliLead NPI projects. /liliParticipate in research and development projects externally funded. /li /ulpbr/ppbQualifications /b /ppMaster degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering with two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. /ppISO Certified Category I or Category II from an international school (e.g., Vibration Institute, Mobius Institute, etc…) and basic experience in vibration analysis and diagnostics. /ppEnglish effective operational proficiency is required. /ppbr/ppbComputer Skills /b /ppAdvanced knowledge: CAE software (Nastran/Marc preferred), rotordynamic tools (Madyn2000, Dyrobes preferred). /ppGood knowledge: ERP (SAP needed), PLM/PDP, CAD software (CREO preferred) Office package (database, spreadsheet and word processing). /ppBasic knowledge: programming language (Visual Basic, Fortran, Python) /p
