Sales Manager Europe
This is a challenging opportunity to develop and grow the business of engineered air & gas compressors in Europe.
The successful candidate will be responsible for selling these products to key-accounts and direct customers within assigned territories. They will also develop direct client portfolios and maintain and grow Hanwha's customer network.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Direct Sales within assigned territories and to assigned key-accounts, achieving or exceeding annual sales targets.
* Maintain and grow Hanwha agents network.
* Obtain market intelligence information.
* Coordinate with Korean HQ and receive operative support on all role's responsibilities.
* Support the Project Execution Team for any sales-related aspect.
Requirements:
* Strong results-driven approach.
* Communication and team working proven capabilities.
* Complex sales management skills, including technical, commercial, financial, and legal aspects.
* Sales channels performance monitoring and necessary upgrade to ensure maximum effectiveness.
* Establish and maintain excellent relationships, internally and externally, with new, prospects, and existing customers.
About You:
* University degree in Engineering is highly preferred.
* At least 5-year experience in sales to EPC contractors and equivalent structured key-accounts, or in application and project engineering with exposure to customers management.
* Rotating machinery business experience is highly preferred.
* Open to travel in Europe in the range of 30 to 50% of the working time, depending on business needs.
* Fluent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
* A second European language will be a plus.
