The role ensures efficient material flow, inventory control, and continuous improvement of logistics processes to support overall plant performance. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupervise and coordinate daily logistics planning activities (inbound, outbound, and internal flows). /li liEnsure material availability aligned with production requirements. /li liMonitor and optimize inventory levels and stock accuracy. /li liAnalyze logistics KPIs (OTIF, inventory turnover, transport costs, stock discrepancies). /li liIdentify and implement logistics cost reduction and efficiency improvements. /li liImprove transport planning and warehouse utilization. /li liEnsure data accuracy within ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred). /li liCollaborate with Production, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Suppliers. /li liAct as backup to the Logistics Manager when required. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field. /li li3–5 years of experience in logistics planning within a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred). /li liStrong analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge. /li liExperience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP is a plus). /li liKnowledge of Lean and continuous improvement principles. /li liFluent in Italian and English. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
