BB&E is an employee-owned, full-service civil and environmental engineering and consulting firm, headquartered in Northville, Michigan, serving both Federal and Industrial sectors across the United States. Our team provides Environmental Consulting, Facilities Engineering, and Program/Project Management Services.


Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Management Analyst to support NAVSUP in Sigonella, Sicily, Italy. The role includes access to government-furnished equipment such as desks, chairs, a laptop with necessary software, and a telephone. Shared access to a fax machine, copier, and printer will also be provided. Join our team and contribute to meaningful work in a collaborative, mission-focused environment.


Job Duties & Responsibilities

1. Provide on-site management analyst services to support the administration of classified operations.
2. Assist in preparing SIPR classified presentations, briefs, status reports, and spreadsheets using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
3. Update and analyze FLCSI-wide staffing data using Microsoft Excel; draft departmental instructions, operating procedures, and guidance from CPI initiatives, operational initiatives, or compliance requirements.
4. Update the NAVSUP FLCSI website and SharePoint, create new webpages, and upload documents as requested.
5. Assist with performance measure development, data collection, analysis, and review existing spreadsheets for improvements. Download and review reports from systems like ERP, DTS, TWMS, DCPDS.
6. Support Defense Travel System (DTS) processing, upload vouchers, track official travels, and provide customer support.
7. Assist Finance in updating and tracking departmental expenses and budgets.
8. Support employee onboarding, check-in/check-out procedures, training administration, and routing of official correspondence and awards.
9. Develop Desk Guides for processes as requested.
10. Assist IT with system access requests, hardware/software support, and system updates.
11. Support the Managers' Internal Control Program and risk management tracking.
12. Assist Security in procedures, system requests, and personnel check-in/out actions.
13. Maintain office equipment and supplies inventory.
14. Track MILSTRIP orders, assist customers with status updates.
15. Collect and analyze reports to identify improvement opportunities.
16. Consolidate reports, analyze data, and prepare metrics.
17. Assess practices, create documentation, and recommend improvements.
18. Prepare training materials and collaborate with employees for implementation.
19. Review program changes and suggest further improvements.


Requirements

* U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain at least an interim Secret Security clearance.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint); experience with Power BI preferred.
* Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks independently.


Experience & Education

* Experience in managing complex projects and adapting to changing situations.
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Program Management, Finance, Engineering, Science, or Accounting, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
* Alternatively, a High School diploma with at least 10 years of professional experience in related disciplines.


Physical Requirements

* Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, crouch, and sit for at least 60% of the time.
* Operate office equipment and use hands for handling objects.
* Lift up to 10 lbs.
* Wear PPE as necessary.
