Position: Retail Accounting Junior Specialist We are looking for a talented individual to join KIKO MILANO's Finance and Administration Team, reporting to the Retail Accounting Manager. This role supports the Retail department in managing all store accounting issues for Italy, core Europe, and the USA. Responsibilities: Check and verify the accuracy of daily cash accounting Oversee activities related to the accounting of fees and reconciliation of store receipts Manage activities related to verification and reconciliation of receipts and reimbursements for the E-commerce channel Produce reports for E-Commerce, Media, CRM & Social, and Internal Auditing functions, mainly related to the E-Commerce channel Produce reports for Retail and Internal Auditing departments related to cash differences, voided receipts, and missed closings Oversee closing activities for transient accounts Qualifications: Economics Diploma, Bachelor Degree, or equivalent studies Good knowledge of MS Office Good knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP is a plus) Good knowledge of accounting principles Knowledge of business management software (EVA is a plus) Knowledge of cash management software (Piteco is a plus) Fluent in English Skills: Strong problem-solving skills Detail-oriented Creative KIKO is committed to promoting Equal Opportunities and pays particular attention to the integration of people with disabilities within the company.
