Location
DHL Global Forwarding (Italy) S.p.A. is currently searching for 1 Airfreight Export Ops / CS Specialist at Turin Station.
Key Tasks
* Coordinate implementation of AFR Export plans and processes to provide air freight forwarding for internal and external customers in accordance with customers requirements to grant operational excellence and high customer service level
* Monitor day-to-day operations of the team, prioritize and assign tasks to effectively utilize team’s resources, and meet work schedules and targets to provide air freight forwarding for internal and external customers
* Oversee implementation of customers’ requirements as well as processing of complex customers orders and flow of goods and information across customers global supply chain, handling potential escalations with internal / external customers or complex order / delivery issues
* Contribute to develop, maintain and achieve AFR Export productivity & profitability target, being responsible of analyzing and maximizing profitability of the department’s customer portfolio
* Seek opportunities to expand business with new clients and continuously improve in-house customer services, supporting also with incident and exception management resolution
* Contribute to customer reviews and analysis of performance indicators to identify areas of improvement for enhancing overall service quality
* Design operating standards and procedures and enhance adherence to them in order to provide cost-effective and efficient customer service and operational excellence, checking their proper implementation on customers before operations is starting regular business service
* Detect issues and opportunities, implementing improved practices and quality standards for AFR Export focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency
* Encourage prompt and professional responses to customer enquiries, including customer visits and enhanced understanding of customer requirements
* May deal with the normal Operations and Customer Service activities for the assigned customers
Requirements
* Strong knowledge of AFR Export Product (5+ years of experience)
* Good management skills (people, process, workflow)
* CW1 knowledge is a plus
* Digital attitude
* Good communication and leadership skills
* High level of resilience and flexibility
* High level of accountability
