As a Music Data Analyst, you'll evaluate AI-generated music recommendations, leveraging your cultural knowledge, research skills, and editorial precision to enhance the listening experience for millions of users. Accountabilities:
- Analyze and evaluate AI-generated music selections for cultural accuracy, stylistic fit, and relevance
- Provide qualitative feedback to fine-tune recommendation algorithms
- Rank musical outputs based on detailed editorial guidelines and criteria
- Conduct thorough research and fact-checking to validate music-related data
- Collaborate with regional leads and team members to ensure consistency in evaluations
- Maintain high editorial standards by following structured processes and benchmarks
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in music research, editorial projects, or data analysis
- Deep knowledge of popular and historical music trends within a specific region
- Excellent research and fact-checking capabilities, especially for music-related content
- High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently in a remote, globally distributed team
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
