Job Description
Synergie Italia Spa, an employment agency, is seeking for a client company, a leader in outsourcing services, to fill a position in the automotive sector:
Customer Care Agent with German - Part Time or Full Time
Responsibilities include providing assistance via email, chat, and phone regarding information and complaints from customers who are renting cars on a short-term basis.
The candidate must interact with foreign customers, so a good knowledge of English and German is required.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
* Proficiency in German at C1/C2 level
* Knowledge of English at B2/C1 level is appreciated
* Previous experience in similar roles is preferred
* Good familiarity with computers and IT tools
* Strong communication and organizational skills
Additional Information
We offer:
* Initial fixed-term temporary contract
* Full-time or part-time (20H/30H weekly) shifts from Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 19:00, with availability on Saturdays
* Workplace: Vimodrone, Milan - near the Cologno Sud M2 metro station
