What The Job Will Look Like
* Act as a trusted technical advisor and critical support partner to the Commercial team, shaping future processes and IT landscape.
* Co-create and drive the IT solution roadmap for customer‑management platforms, partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
* Oversee technical developments and end-to-end operations ofmanagement and engagement platforms.
* Serve as project manager, ensuring excellence in execution across all initiatives within Customer & Campaign Management.
* Ensure quality in execution, timely delivery of projects, and alignment with business goals and KPIs.
* Communicate and report IT demands, project progress, and service KPIs to all relevant stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring To The Table
* Master’s degree in (business) computer science, engineering, or a comparable field.
* 5–7 years’ experience in complex, international IT enterprise organizations.
* Strong background in business processes for the sales domain (e.g., field force, KAM, MSL).
* Technical expertise in Veeva CRM and experience with omnichannel initiatives in Pharma, especially marketing automation.
* Proven project management skills for large, complex projects and experience in process and change management.
* Fluent English (preferably with an additional European language).
